I am a Professor of Marine Biology and Conservation Science at the Bren School of Environmental Science & Management at UC Santa Barbara and Director of the National Center for Ecological Analysis and Synthesis. I am a marine ecologist and conservation scientist with broad, interdisciplinary interests.
